Use the room-type plan to locate the bed base, headboard, bedside units, desk, wardrobe and other required furniture. Keep fixed cabinetry and movable items in separate schedule lines so they can be checked against the same drawing.
H001–H004 are brochure references. Lighting, bedding, artwork, electrical fittings and bathroom equipment require their own scope confirmation. The company portfolio also contains hotel records, but those records alone do not establish a complete FF&E contract.
Tie each selected finish and furniture item to the room type and review revision. Record what was accepted and what remains open before treating a mock-up or generated visual as the production baseline.
