Give each cabinet run a room-based identifier. Record dimensions, door handing, substrate, finish, hardware and worktop interfaces. Define responsibility for plinths, fillers, end panels, sealing and wall conditions. State whether appliances, basins, taps, mirrors and lighting are included. Keep unresolved items in a question log rather than assuming a default configuration.

A cabinet is more than its front

List cabinet bodies, doors, shelves, drawers, hardware and finishing components. Check which party supplies worktops, appliances, mirrors and lighting, and show the interfaces on the relevant drawing.

Make revisions traceable

Keep a cabinet ID unchanged when its dimensions or finish changes. Record the drawing revision and approval state beside it so room schedules and quantities can be reconciled.
