The project enquiry form collects your name, email, company if supplied, location, project space, furniture selections and project description. This information is stored in a private database on the website server for reviewing the enquiry. It is not displayed publicly or sent to an automatic mailing service.
A short-lived in-memory request counter is used to limit repeated submissions. The site does not add advertising analytics or tracking cookies. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in the message.
Contact channels and a formal retention schedule have not yet been confirmed. If you need to correct an enquiry, submit its reference number with the corrected details through the same form. You may choose not to submit information until the contact channels are available.
