Start with the country, city, project type, room types, estimated quantities, drawing revision and target schedule. List kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanities, doors and loose furniture separately. If the budget is open, state priorities. Define responsibility for site measurements, service interfaces, transport and installation before treating a rendering as a complete brief.

Name the project and its current stage

A concept layout, tender package and construction drawing set support different decisions. Include the latest drawing date, the destination, room types and the number of each type. Mark estimated quantities as estimates.

Keep the request comparable

Use the same furniture scope for each quotation. List exclusions, target finishes, required documents and delivery responsibilities together. Record unclear items instead of silently filling them with assumptions.
